Where Claude fits

We build Pastel English with Claude Code. Next, we plan to use the Claude API: a teacher's lesson vocabulary goes in, Claude drafts practice activities and feedback, and the teacher approves them before students see them.

Planned workflow: lesson vocabulary → draft activities and feedback → teacher approval.

Practical questions about the pilot.

Is it free?

Yes. Pastel English is free for learners. It is currently in a closed pilot.

Who is it for?

Students, teachers and parents at English centers in Vietnam.

Which languages?

The learning portal has a bilingual English/Vietnamese interface. The practice activities focus on English.

How is student data handled?

Student accounts are linked to a parent, and teachers assign the content students see. Students do not chat with AI.

In-progress answers and voice recordings are saved on the learner's device for up to three days. Submitted homework is stored securely so teachers can review it.

When is the public launch?

Public launch is next after the closed pilot. Contact us to ask about launch timing.

How can a center join the pilot?

Email fellows@fotmcore.space to discuss joining the pilot.
